Refund policy

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, original packaging and with all original tags and labels attached. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Requesting a Return
To return an item, please email customer service at support@everau.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Note:
- The original shipping costs (if any) are not refundable,
- The items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
- If you would like to return your purchase because of sizes or simply change your mind, the return postage will be at your cost while we cover the second delivery if the exchange is needed. All costs related to the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If we sent you a faulty or wrong item, we will provide you a return label to send it back.
- Please make sure you include a note in the return parcel with your order number, name, request and delivery address.
- Any products that are returned that do not comply with original condition standards will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Please note that if the item you wish to exchange sells out during the after-sales process, the system will automatically convert your request to a refund.
Return Process
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Personalised Items
- Damaged items due to customer neglect
- Gift Cards or Vouchers

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product with another size or style. Please include this information in your return email including the style and sizing of your choice. On approval, we will contact you to let you know if there are any further actions required with refunding or paying the difference in value.
